USER AGREEMENT
Effective Date: March 17, 2025

Welcome to Sagam! This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your access to and use of the Sagam mobile application ("App"), including any content, functionality, and services offered through the App. By accessing or using Sagam, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you may not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use Sagam. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

2. Account Registration and Security

• You may need to create an account to access certain features.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to notify us immediately at SulemanIsht@outlook.com of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. User Conduct

When using Sagam, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Upload or share harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content.
• Use the App for fraudulent or deceptive purposes.
• Interfere with the security or functionality of the App.

4. Privacy

Your use of Sagam is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the App, you consent to our data practices.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content and features of Sagam are owned by us or our licensors.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our permission.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Sagam at any time, without notice, if you violate this Agreement or engage in unlawful or harmful activity.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• Sagam is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the App.
• We do not guarantee the App will be error-free or continuously available.

8. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of Sagam after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
